When preparing to send out note cards, invitations, holiday cards or other items the quickest way to address the envelopes is to use a return address label and a label for each addressee.  We have the capability to not only maintain your address database, but also prepare and attach the labels for your mailing.  We can also produce labels for you to attach to the envelopes.

These two labels are sample formats for the labels that we can provide to you.  One has a clip art or a photo image (appropriate for Christmas Cards) and the other has just the name and address (appropriate for normal mailings).

Each label can have up to 5 address lines.

The labels are based upon a mailing list which we maintain for you.  Once the addresses are established we only charge for updating and the label printing.

If you only want "Return Address Labels" there is no mailing list  needed and we do not charge for the database setup.

Normal Sequence of Events

• You provide us with the mailing list of addresses to maintain.
• We enter it into our mailing list database.
• We verify each address and obtain the full zip/postal code.
• We provide you with a printed list of the provided addresses.
• You can optionally attach up to 6 categories to each address.
• You indicate which labels you want printed.
• We print the labels.
• If combined with a Note Card or Postcard order we can put the labels on the Note Card envelopes or the Postcards for you.

Advantages

• With each set of updates we provide you with the changed master list pages for your records.
• You can have as few or as many labels of each address that you require.
• We can put your return address and each addressee's label on the Twin-Springs prepared Note Cards or Postcards for you.
• We use standard Avery 1"x2⅝" Labels so the addresses fit.
• You select either Matte White or Clear labels.

How To Order

•  Labels are a "Custom" product that requires more information than is gathered on our normal "Order Form". Follow these steps:

  •  Go to the "Labels" Order Page to find out what to do.

  •  Gather together your instructions and either mail them to Twin-Springs, PO Box 12278, Reno, NV 89510-2278 or send an email with the digital images and instructions to operations@twin-springs.com.

•  We will send a confirming Email when we receive your order.
