The following information explains how to prepare your
materials so that we can create the Twin-Springs product that you are ordering
and the completion of the order itself. The first sections provide guidelines
for preparing and sending your materials.

Either
submit via the "Order Email" or mail your materials to Twin-Springs.

Receive
an Email that we received your materials with the anticipated cost.

Receive
an Email that we shipped your order.

your Twin-Springs custom products.
Prepare Your Materials

The
following steps are only required if you are sending us your photos or
images to be used. They are not needed if you are using Twin-Springs
photos for your order.

You may
send us photographs, 35mm slides, 35mm negatives, any other drawings,
collages or artwork, or digital files that are to be used for our products.
A mixture of formats for the same order is acceptable.

It is
suggested that you do not send antique or one of a kind photos.
Since they are going to be mailed in both directions it is better to make a
copy and send that to us. We do our best to return your materials in the
same condition we received them, but cannot guarantee what may happen during
mailing.

Pick the
materials (photos or images) that you want us to use.

If you
want to create a collage then place the materials on a 8½x11 sheet of white
paper and we will scan it “as is”. Any comments, notes or handwritten text
will be automatically included.

Select
which image (photo, drawing, collage or artwork) is to be used for which
month.

Identify
each of the materials with a unique marking, or a Post-It® note on the
back, so that we can be assured of putting the right image in the right
place. This identification is used on the Twin-Springs Order Form.

If you
have old black & white photographs that have aged and have turned yellow and
you would like them printed as black & white please indicate this with the
material or on the order form.
For Calendars Only
-
Collect
the special dates you want included on your custom calendar. If you want us
to calculate the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. occurrence of an Anniversary or
Birthday please include the year. Otherwise we are going to just put your
text in each appropriate date.

Horizontal images work best for calendars. You can put 2 vertical images on
a piece of white paper so they will show side-by-side for the specified
month.

Decide
which photographs go with which months. Some suggestions include:

Put
the photo of couples with an anniversary in their anniversary month.

Put
birthday photos in the month the birthday occurs in.
-
Put
vacation photos in the months you normally take vacations.

Put
holiday photos in the appropriate holiday month.
