Mailing Lists and Labels

The pages on the left are related to the specification for orders that have us create and/or maintain mailing lists and print and/or apply address labels.

Special Considerations

The mailing list and label process has several considerations that must be remembered.

  • The cost of establishing a mailing list is based upon the total number of entries when they have all been entered by us and verified by you.  There is no additional cost for multiple updates until the list is signed off by you the first time.
  • Updates after the initial sign off are billed on an individual basis and a master list update is provided to you so that you always have a current listing.
  • Each address entry is assigned an Address-ID so that it can be uniquely identified.
  • Each address entry may have up to 5 categories assigned, the category value may be a Yes-No or a Keyword.  These are assigned by you, but must be consistent across all of your addresses.
  • The labels may be printed at any time and may be selected by Address-ID or by category value.
  • To eliminate waste, unused labels to the next 30 count (to fill out the page) are to be printed with your return address.

Prepare Your Order

(1)  Gather your address information if you are submitting the initial address list or address list updates.

(2)  If you are going to have an Icon on your labels then review the available Icons and obtain the ID value.  If you have an Icon to submit then prepare it to be sent to Twin-Springs.

(3)  Go to the Label Order page, and either print the web page or note the information that needs to be provided to us and put it on a page to mail to us, or into an email.

(4)  If you are providing address entries or address updates then go to the Database page, and either print the web page or note the information that needs to be provided to us and put it on a page to mail to us, or into an email.

NOTE:  If your addresses are already in some form that can be copied, faxed or otherwise sent to us so that we can enter them into the database, do it the easiest way for you.  We will take steps to convert the information and get it into our database.  We will let you know, at no cost, if we cannot convert your data.

(5)  Gather all of your information, and either mail it to us at PO Box 12278, Reno, NV 89510-2278, or send us an email with your updates/request.

(6)  Receive an Email that we received your materials/request.

(7)  Receive an Email that we ship your order.
