When you place an order with Twin-Springs you are establishing a
relationship where you indicate what you want and we provide a quality result that represents your memories.
Order Forms
The Online Order Form is used to provide us
with the information necessary to process your order. It can be used for
orders that use just your photos, your photos and ours, or just our photos.
An alternative is to use our
Email Order Form where you copy the form into an
Email, attach your photos, and send in your order.
Additional Information
- The "Email Order" button takes you to a page
that has the order information in a form that can easily be copied-and-pasted
into an email or into a text processing document. It
provides a structured format for submitting an order.
- The "Online Order" button takes you to
our electronic order submission. This is a secure form that contains
all of the basic contact information and allows you to specify the items to
be ordered along with item instructions and clarifications.
- The "Labels" button takes you to the
pages that contain order information for mailing list database and label
ordering and maintenance.
- The "Legal Stuff" button takes you to
our legal page which identifies what type of images we accept.
- The "Prepare Materials" button
take you to an explanation on how to prepare your photos or images for
mailing. This step is not needed if you are only using Twin-Springs
photos for your order.
- The "Years = Years" button takes you to
a page that lists years that have the same calendar format, a way to have a
historical calendar (anniversary year, birth year) for the current year.
- The "Clarification" button is a
list of areas to consider when ordering a product. These "Instructions
/ Clarifications" are used to customize the products to your requirements.
All Digital?
- If you have digital
images you can do everything via the internet. Use our
Online Order Form to provide the basic order
information and send your digital images as attachments to other Emails.
- If you want to use our photos, please pick go to our "Packaged
Products" web page which explains each of the packaged products and guides you through the process of picking the
photos you want to use and submitting an online order.
Order Processing
- We do not directly debit your credit card
when you place your order. We accept the credit card number, type and expiration date as a part of
the order information and only charge your credit card when your order
is shipped.
- We can also process your payment using PayPal. A billing is
electronically sent with our PayPal member
information.
- A printed invoice is sent with all of the shipped products.
- If you provide us with your E-mail address we send you
confirmation:
- That we received your order and/or photo images along with the
anticipated cost.
- That we shipped your order with the Delivery Confirmation
information.

Return Policy
Although we try very hard to
insure that your products are right the first time and every
time, mistakes may happen. Our return policy is as
follows.
If we made the mistake (photo in wrong month, wrong
format, incorrect title, wrong paper, wrong special
date, etc.) then return the product to us and we will
provide a corrected replacement at no charge and
return your postage as well.If you made the mistake
(wrong title, wrong photo, wrong special date, etc.) we
want to make it right. Return the product to us
and we will create a replacement for a 10% discount from
your original purchase price. In some cases we may be able to easily correct the
problem, where the only cost to you is the return postage.
Legal Stuff
Photographs are protected by
copyrights. We cannot use materials that are
copyrighted to someone else without their permission.
We also reserve the right to reject materials that are
contain images that could be considered to be pornography.
